American Legacy was part of the Master Settlement Agreement with the major tobacco companies. Though American Legacy, funds were made available to various entities for anti smoking education. I was the primary author on this grant while working for the La Crosse County Health Department. The grant was funded for the maximum available amount of $99,999.
