GIS Across the Curriculum
Western Technical College - April 26, 2005
This was a National Science Foundation grant for $386,840 on behalf of Western Technical College in La Crosse. The purpose was to fund a curriculum for GIS at the technical college level. It was not funded in the first round but a second submission was encouraged. I wrote the narrative and did the interviews for the biographies. Another grant writer did the budget.
